One of the ways that the Centre will achieve our goals is by delivering training to a range of target audiences, including alcohol and drugs and the allied health sector, youth sector as well as the general community.
A range of interactive workshops are being offered free of charge to workers with the latest evidence-based information and interventions on cannabis use and cannabis use disorders that can be used when working with either adults or adolescents. They contain didactic and skills-based components and are framed around core competencies.
We suggest an add-on modular series of workshops which target the various levels of information and skills required which can be adapted to suit your local needs.
The workshops currently available are as follows:
Each workshop has a recommended maximum number of participants.

NCPIC has developed a collection of clinical resources for those working in the field which will aid them when working with clients who use cannabis. Resources and assessment tools can be downloaded and printed out as pdfs below. Printed copies of the resources may be ordered from the Clinical Resources Order Form. Please note that these are to be used in conjunction with NCPIC’s training sessions and are not stand-alone publications for general community use.
